I'm Rohit Singh, a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where I lead the Retail (Americas) franchise.

For more than 25 years, I have advised companies across apparel, footwear, luxury, specialty retail, and e-commerce on strategic and capital markets matters. I partner with management teams and boards on long-term priorities and complex decision-making.

Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at UBS, J.P. Morgan, Bear, Stearns & Co., Gryphon Investors, and Salomon Smith Barney (Citi).

I graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, earning a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies.

A second-generation Indian American, I was raised in Central Ohio and graduated from The Columbus Academy, where I was elected to The Cum Laude Society and recognized as a National Merit Scholar and National Advanced Placement Scholar.
