About Rohit
Rohit Singh is a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where he leads the Retail (Americas) franchise.
For more than 25 years, he has advised companies across apparel, footwear, luxury, specialty retail, and e-commerce on strategic and capital markets matters. He partners with management teams and boards on long-term priorities and complex decision-making.
Earlier in his career, Rohit held leadership roles at UBS, J.P. Morgan, Bear, Stearns & Co., Gryphon Investors, and Salomon Smith Barney (Citi).
He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, earning a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies.
A second-generation Indian American, Rohit was raised in Central Ohio and graduated from The Columbus Academy, where he was elected to The Cum Laude Society and recognized as a National Merit Scholar and National Advanced Placement Scholar.
